The space I love this place and I think you will too. It’s clean, crisp, and modern. But it’s homey too. Besides the awesome guest room that will be your space for your stay, the second floor has a massive kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, Keurig). The third floor has two additional bedrooms listed on AirBNB, but also has a washer and dryer. The fourth level has the rooftop space with AMAZING views of downtown. During your stay We rent out three rooms in the space. We monitor messages very closely and pride ourselves on our responsiveness. We expect similar responsiveness from guests in case there are any things that need to be communicated during your stay. Communicate through the app almost exclusively. Other things to note Our home is pretty smart. Besides the smart lock, we have a Ring doorbell that allows us to see everyone that comes and communicate without having to come to the door. Just FYI. There are two other rooms listed on AirBNB so there may be other rooms occupied during your stay. You’ll NEED a smartphone for entry; if you don’t have one, this is likely not the ideal space for you. Parking is free street parking.
