The apartment has a large kitchen-living room, a living room and bedroom, a bedroom and a bathroom (total size 75 m2). Therefore, the passage height is partially limited at the door frames or ceiling beams (170 to 185 cm high). The apartment has central heating. In addition, the tiled stove can be fired with wood.
