The apartment in the center of Bad Lausick can be reached via a staircase, 24/7 by smartlock and key code. It is located on the 2nd floor and is furnished to a high standard. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, smart TV and 1000 Mbps Internet connection (Wi-Fi), a bathroom with a conservatory & balcony. A parking place is available. Professional washing machines and tumble dryers are available in the in-house laundry (charges apply). Other things to note Note on the visitor's tax (municipal compulsory levy) In the city / municipality there is a mandatory visitor's tax of € 2.00 per person per night (legal regulation). The visitor's tax is not billed through Airbnb, but is charged separately at check-in or in advance by invoice. Exceptions / exemptions are possible (e.g. business stays, medical reasons or minors).
