Villa Cuba, a unique place just 1 hour from Madrid

This spectacular country house awaits you on the outskirts of Madrid: a spacious and bright refuge surrounded by olive trees and a small forest. Enjoy it in any season: in summer, with a private pool, tennis court and large gardens; in winter, an indoor wood-burning fireplace and the warm entertainment room: billiards and bar. After a previous trajectory with other owners, the house now begins a new stage with a renewed management designed to offer you an unforgettable experience. The space -Rooms The house has spacious and cozy rooms, decorated in a warm and functional style, six of which have an en-suite bathroom, which guarantees greater privacy and comfort for large groups or families. All rooms include comfortable beds, quality bedding and adequate storage spaces. The abundant natural light creates a relaxing atmosphere at any time of day. -Common spaces The living room is an ideal place to meet, equipped with a sofa, television and areas designed to relax or enjoy a good conversation. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare any meal as if you were at home. The dining room and kitchen are seamlessly integrated to promote coexistence. -Exterior Outside you will find a private pool, perfect for cooling off during the warmer months and enjoying the sun in a quiet and rural setting. In addition, the property has a versatile and well-maintained tennis court, which can also be used for other sports such as paddle tennis, pickleball or recreational exercises. Other things to note Information about your stay: ARRIVAL AT THE HOUSE: Check-in is after 2:00 pm. 2- KEY DELIVERY: The keys are delivered without contact, you will find a box with a code on the small entrance door, the code will be sent to you privately on the same day of arrival. In the same way, they will be left upon departure. 3- GARDEN AND POOL: Every day the gardener comes by to check that everything is fine, he also does maintenance of the pool, you will see that being surrounded by trees it gets very dirty and we appreciate that they do a daily review. He usually comes either early in the morning (7 to 9) or late in the afternoon (7 to 9 pm). If you prefer that he does not come or that he comes only in the morning or only in the afternoon, let me know to coordinate with him. The pool lights automatically turn on at 10:00 PM, and turn off at 2:00 AM. 4-NOISE: It is a detached villa. During the summer you may want to have a barbecue or gatherings. I ask that you please, in the case of playing music at a reasonable time of the night, lower it so as not to disturb the neighbors. 5- GARBAGE: On the side of the house, towards the center of the village, you will find some containers where you must please deposit the garbage before leaving the house. 6- CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 2:00 pm.
