A recently fully renovated 3 bedroom house situated a short walk from Crickhowell & Llangattock. A 3 level house benefiting from a large sitting room / dining area with a large log burner, kitchen, utility room and lavatory on the ground floor. Two bedrooms (one en-suite) and main bathroom on the first floor, and a large attic bedroom (Double bed and double sofa bed) with en suite on top floor. Secure garden and patio area to the side of the house. 3 designated off street parking places. The space Bedrooms & Bathrooms In total: 2 en-suites, 1 main bathroom, and a downstairs WC — every bedroom effectively has its own bathroom, ideal for larger groups. 3 double bedrooms in total. The attic room also has a "small double" sofa bed, making it suitable for 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 younger children. 2 adults could fit but as with any small double would be cosy! Two king-size bedrooms on the first floor (one en-suite), with a main bathroom featuring double sinks and a large bath next to the other bedroom. Next to the en-suite is a walk-in wardrobe with plentiful hanging space (80+ items). The top floor has a large attic bedroom with a double bed and double sofa bed, plus its own en-suite. If there are more than 6 guests, the bed in the attic room is moved to make space for the sofa bed to be set up alongside it — still plenty of room, as shown in photos. Check-in & Check-out Early check-in, late check-out, or both have been available on 99% of stays so far, though this can't be guaranteed. Kitchen & Utility Fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave) with every utensil you need for cooking. Utility room with washing machine and condenser tumble dryer. All kitchen utensils are provided. Downstairs WC. Limestone flagstone flooring throughout the ground floor. Living & Entertainment Large open-plan sitting/dining room with a lovely built-in wood burner. Large 65" LG OLED TV with Sonos surround sound in the main sitting room. Perfect for movie nights. All bedrooms have TVs with Firesticks, DAB radios, mirrors and lamps (2 bedrooms have bedside light switches). Books and games on shelving next to the kitchen. Portable Bluetooth speaker for music inside or out. Garden & Outdoor Fully enclosed and secure garden — so totally safe for dogs — with a grassed area, patio, patio furniture, an outdoor table seating 6, and outside lighting. Extras Provided Tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing tablets, washing machine pods, fabric softener, shower gel etc, all provided free of charge for the duration of your stay. Towels and hand towels are all provided. Basics ingredients such as salt and pepper, olive oil etc provided. Cleanliness The house is professionally cleaned and laundered before every stay. Other things to note Park Place was run as a B&B for many years (Google "Park Place B&B Crickhowell" to see how it looked a few years ago!). It was bought and fully renovated in 2022, taking around 18 months to complete — the result is a modern, unique interior inside a late-1800s house, within 800 yards of Crickhowell and slightly closer to Llangattock, home to a lovely local pub. Abergavenny is just 6 miles away, with dozens of superb cafés, pubs and restaurants. A full list of our favourite local places to eat, drink and walk will be provided. The renowned Green Man Festival takes place annually each August at nearby Glanusk Park — one of the festival entrances is within walking distance of the house, making it a great base if you fancy combining your stay with one of the UK's best-loved independent music festivals.
