Three bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds, and the third with a double sofa bed. Two bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a large outdoor patio with a table and chairs, and a second kitchen. The garden is home to lemon trees, olive trees and flowering plants. Our assistance is guaranteed! The space The villa is entirely at your disposal. The entrance is under video surveillance, so GUESTS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY DECLARED AND REGISTERED WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STAY. Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. WARNING Loss of keys or locksmith intervention for keys left inside: €80.00 cash payment to be paid directly on site.
