Comfortable house, close to beaches

Our single-story house, comfortable, ideally located, will allow you to fully enjoy your vacation. Close to the city center, you can enjoy leisure activities (cinema, media library, playground...) and the advantages of the seaside (swimming, water sports, hiking). The house is located in a residential area at the gates of the Gulf of Morbihan and close to Billiers, where you can visit the beaches of Pen Lan and its lighthouse by taking the bike paths The space The house consists of: - A living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster) - A living area with TV, internet router, children's games and board games - 3 bedrooms with new bedding: 1 160 cm bed, 1 140 cm bed and two 90 cm beds - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower - 1 toilet - 1 laundry room with washing machine, clothesline, ironing board and iron. Underfloor heating Outside, you will enjoy a south-facing terrace and a fully fenced garden. Available in the accommodation: ► Hairdryer ► Wifi ► Pack 'n play/Travel crib ► Ironing equipment ► Washing machine Sheets, duvets and towels are provided, and the beds are made upon arrival. Cleaning service available: For your convenience, an optional cleaning fee of €60 is available if you wish to leave with peace of mind. If you prefer not to take advantage of this option, we simply ask that you do the cleaning yourself and leave the house as clean as when you arrived (appliances cleaned, floors washed, trash cans emptied). In the heart of major tourist sites, discover the Gulf of Morbihan and its many islands, the beautiful beaches of Ambon and Damgan. Also discover nearby the Rhuys peninsula and its Suscinio castle. You can hike on the GR34 (the customs trail), a beautiful coastal trail located close to the house 10/15 min by car, there are also beautiful villages such as La Roche Bernard, Rochefort en Terre (favorite village of the French 2016), daily markets with local products, the beautiful historic town of Vannes and its port... We are also 10 minutes from Branféré Park
