4-bed apartment in the historic center with parking space

Two-room apartment with full kitchen, in the center on a quiet street and with a reserved parking space in the courtyard. Sleeps 4 (double bed + 2 single beds) in a recently renovated building. Room cleaning every 4 days included. Includes bed and bath linens, soaps and shampoos and kitchen accessories. Convenient location to reach Mantua (30 km), Lake Garda (25 km), Cremona or Brescia (40 km), the historic hills of Upper Mantua and Valeggio Sul Mincio The space Large bedroom with 1 double bed; the other 2 single beds are normally placed in the living room (fixed beds, not sofa beds); however, one of these can be placed in the double bedroom upon request. In addition to this, there is a sofa in the living room. The kitchen is complete with appliances: 200-liter refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner induction hob, electric oven and extractor hood. Hot water is generated by a heat pump water heater. There is no gas utility in the accommodation. In the bathroom there is a wall-mounted hairdryer. There is no washing machine as the spaces for hanging out clothes are not adequate; however, in the vicinity there are several coin-operated laundries with dryers, which are very cheap and practical. Guest access Arriving from the main road of the village, at the height of the Bar Pizzeria Pasticceria 3.14 you will find in front (at the beginning of our Via Piave) a small public parking lot with 6 free spaces and without a parking disc, you can park freely or move forward 15 meters and enter on the left in our courtyard, where there is a reserved parking space right under the apartment. Once you enter the main door, go up to the first floor and the first door you meet you will notice that it has a knob with a keypad just below the handle: to open you will have to enter the code communicated to you, in this sequence: "button at the bottom left (curved arrow)" + "code 6 numbers communicated to you" + "button at the bottom right (padlock)" – then you have to turn the knob on the left several times until you hear the lock retract inside the door, at which point you can use the handle just above that will be unlocked. Every time you go out, to lock it, just press "bottom right key (padlock)" + "code 6 numbers communicated to you" + "bottom right key (padlock)" and turn the knob to the right until you hear the lock enter the wall.
