The space Näset is a large, detached, plastered, and newly renovated residential house surrounded by lawns, with a storage building at an angle. and farmland in use. Opinions differ regarding the year of construction, but it is generally agreed to be somewhere between the late 1700s and the early 1800s. The main entrance at the front is two teak doors; the door on the right leads to the approximately 100-square-meter apartment where you will be staying. The left leads to the house's second apartment. It is currently rented to a couple without children or pets. The HALL is long and narrow, and there is a staircase immediately to the left that leads to the upper floor. Directly to the right is the living room and at the end of the hall you reach the kitchen. Cleaning closet/coatroom under the stairs and just before the kitchen is the guest toilet. THE LIVING ROOM is about 22 square meters The tiled stove is nice, but it hasn't yet been approved for use. There is also an oak dining area and an Apple TV with Chromecast. In the corner cabinet, there are some travel books. The KITCHEN is spacious and contains, in addition to the kitchen table, a sideboard. In addition to a fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, the amenities include a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, and the unit is fully equipped with kitchenware for up to 8 people. BEDROOM (2) can be reached from the kitchen. The room has a dresser, closets, and a full-length mirror. The bed is a Queen size (160 x 200 cm) The balcony is accessed via double glass doors from this room. The stairs up lead to: BATHROOM and laundry room. The toilet is separated by a wall, and on the other side, there is a shower with curved folding glass doors. Above the washing machine and the dryer is a large countertop. Several cabinets provide storage space for both clean and dirty laundry and several drying racks can be folded down from the walls. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer are available as well as basic supplies such as shampoo, shower gel, detergent, toilet paper and cleaning products for cleaning. BEDROOM (1) is one large room. There are three single beds (90x200) here that can easily be moved around. A small door leads to a large attic space with sloping ceilings and windows – a “walk-in closet” for storing clothes and bags. The PATIO is a wooden deck that runs along the entire back of the house and is accessed via Bedroom 2. The deck is divided in the middle by a tall wooden plank. The other part of the patio belongs to the rented apartment next door. On the approximately 35-square-meter (377-square-foot) patio, there is a wooden outdoor seating area with a sofa and chairs, complete with cushions, as well as a separate seating section. A charcoal grill is at your disposal. Here, the seclusion is clear and the view of the plains is captivating. Guest access A short gravel driveway leads to a spacious parking area close to the house. For loading and unloading, it is possible to drive right up to the door. Entrance at the front. The house has another apartment with a similar layout. Other things to note Please note that sheets and towels are not included in the rent. It is possible to rent a set for SEK 100/person. We appreciate it if you put sheets and towels in the laundry room/bathroom on the second floor when you leave the accommodation. We also appreciate it if you can start the dishwasher when you leave. Dishwasher tablets are available. Key handover at check-in and check-out is done in person.
