Bright and airy, it’s designed for relaxed living just 2 minutes from the beach and close to the local supermarket and restaurants. Step inside to an open-plan living and dining area, filled with natural light and opening directly onto the terrace and pool. The cozy lounge invites you to unwind with a movie night or share a meal around the dining table after a day in the sun. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home — oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and all essential utensils. The villa features three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms: A master suite with a queen bed and private en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen bed and practical storage space. A third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for guests or children. Each room is thoughtfully prepared with soft towels and fresh linen. There are also two sofa beds in the living room for extra guests, a total capacity up to 10 people if 2 persons per sofa bed.
