I Rimarici: your home in Pavia (7 seats, 2 bathrooms)

I Rimarici is a large apartment in the heart of Pavia, a five-minute walk from the main square, the central university, restaurants, pubs, cafes, and shops. It is also very convenient for the train station (in thirty minutes you will be in Piazza Duomo in Milan) and for the bus station. A three-minute walk away is the bus stop that allows you to quickly reach the health center. The apartment is in the ZTL (limited traffic zone): you can't even come under the house to unload your luggage. The space It is on the second floor of a period building located in Via Porta Marica, an ancient entrance to the city that was demolished in 1823. It is said that the first cinema in Pavia was located on the ground floor: "Two things stand out in the short walk: that small courtyard surrounded by a gate that protrudes onto the street and the bottleneck (...). The respectable house that it encloses was built by a Swiss lady in 1914 who set up the first cinema in Pavia, silent, of course" (Camminando per Pavia, Emi editrice). All rooms have been completely renovated recently to give you a pleasant and relaxing stay. The apartment is very spacious, bright and, despite being in the center, it is in a secluded position so it is very quiet. It is located on the first floor of a period building and has an elevator and two balconies in the living room. It consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed) and one with three single beds (one inside a built-in wardrobe), two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a whirlpool tub) and a laundry corner with an 8/5 kg washer-dryer (detergent available). The living room is large and bright with a comfortable double sofa bed overlooking the large open kitchen where you can find a gas stove, dishwasher, American refrigerator from which both water and ice come out directly, freezer, gas oven and microwave, kettle, toaster, Moka pot, Nescafè Dolce Gusto coffee machine with its pods that you will find at your disposal, as well as a wide range of teas and herbal teas. Sugar, salt, oil and spices are also available. There is a clothesline, first aid kit, dishes, pots, sheets, duvets or blankets depending on the season, towels, soap, and shower shampoo. I Rimarici can comfortably accommodate seven people (five in the rooms and two on the sofa bed in the living room), so it is ideal for both large groups and families, but also for couples or business trips, since you can each have your own bathroom. It is equipped with a Smart TV, independently adjustable heating and air conditioning, mosquito nets, free WiFi, books and board games. Guest access The Rimarici is located in the ZTL area, so it is not possible to access the apartment by car even to unload luggage. Paid parking lots are about 200-400 meters away, free parking lots are about 1 kilometer away. All directions will be provided at the time of booking. It is important to know that if you book for two people, the double bed will be prepared, but if you need to sleep in separate beds, therefore also using the room with the single beds, a request must be made at the time of booking.
