Lovingly refurbished with a French country design, this cosy self contained cottage provides a relaxing escape in the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Ideal for couples or small families, and dog friendly Little Whiteways is close to a number of beautiful walking trails. A short walk will take you past the hogsback brewery to shops and local pubs serving food The space Little Whiteways consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. A dressing table and small open wardrobe to hang clothes. Under the bed you will find a small table top ironing board, the iron is under the kitchen sink. The living space has a sofa bed that folds out to a small double bed. The sofa bed linen can be found under the sofa. The Kitchen has an oven, fridge with small top freezer, microwave (please ask and I’ll drop it over to you) toaster and kettle. The kitchen also has all necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. If you need anything just message me and I’ll find it for you. Perfect for couples! Please note: our base rate covers the use of the main double bed. If you are a party of 2 and require the sofa bed to be made up as well, a small laundry supplement applies. Guest access Check in is 3pm & check out is 11am. Guest access is situated at the Side of Whiteways Cottage. Little Whiteways is independent to the main house with its own front door entrance and off road parking space. Other things to note We have strong Wi-Fi connection, this would suit business people needing to work away from the office or if you’re just streaming movies. Our closest neighbour is a sand pit behind the house. During the week you may be able to hear the occasional lorry and during rush hour, the road at the front of the house can get busy. We have chickens in the cottage garden, a black and white cat and a support dog called Beau. This in mind unfortunately there is no access to the garden even though Beau is very friendly. There are paths left and right out of the driveway which are suitable for doggie comfort walks. A 5 min walk up the Hogs Back hill will take you to a meadow (Runfold Ridge) it’s completely enclosed so dogs can be taken off the lead. Or you can drive there in 2 mins. If you prefer a woodland walk there are plenty of stunning locations to choose from including country pubs serving delicious food. Details and maps are in the guest book. Unfortunately we do not support EV charging yet. The cottage electric is not suitable or covered by insurance. There are plenty of charging points close by. Happy stay
