Quiet, green setting surrounded by woodland and a small lake - perfect for walks. 5 min walk to subway/bus with direct connection to the city center (U2) and 8-min bus-ride (M45) to the Ringbahn. Near Olympiastadion, Waldbühne & Trade fair. Stylish bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen. The ideal place for concert or sport events or a peaceful base to visit Berlin’s historic sights, museums or night life. Longer-term stays possible. The space The apartment is located on the garden level. Both the living room and the bedroom open directly onto a quiet, green garden with a private terrace — perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. Living Area The modern living area offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: • a cosy sofa bed (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children) • dining table for up to four guests • blackout curtains • floor-to-ceiling door with direct access to the garden Open-Plan Kitchen The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for longer stays: • refrigerator with freezer compartment • four-ring hob • oven • dishwasher • dishes, cutlery and sharp knives • pots, pans, bowls, sieve and more • coffee machine • kettle Everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay is provided. Hallway The hallway features a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space as well as a full-length mirror. Bathroom The new, modern bathroom includes: • spacious walk-in shower • underfloor heating • shampoo & shower gel • toilet • washing machine • heated towel rail • wall hooks • additional space for suitcases or larger items Bedroom The bedroom offers: • a comfortable queen-size bed • floor-to-ceiling window with direct access to the garden • blackout curtains • a small selection of books Guest access Access to the property is very simple; You'll reveice the code of a lockbox located at the front door next to the mailboxes for an eady self-check-in. The lockbox contains the house keys to enter the house and access the apartment. When you enter the front door, you'll take a left down the stairs through the left door through a short hallway to the apartment. Check-in is completely autonomous and flexible; everything will be explained to you in detail so you can have a carefree stay! But still, if you want, we are delighted to meet you in person and show you around! Check-out must be completed by 11 a.m., please lock the apartment and put the keys back in the lockbox. Other things to note The apartment has a water pump system. It's crucial that no waste is flushed down the toilet as it easily causes a blockage. Good to know: We live in the same house with a family of five. Luckily, our kids are already older, are sleeping through and are generally easy to live with.
