Great location 3min. from I-75, 5min from St RT 30 a quick drive to downtown area, close to Fairgrounds and Hospital’s. It’s a quiet country setting with great relaxing outside patios, fire pits, swing, stocked pond for catch/release or cook&eat, swimming/ice skating. Resident ducks Huey + Dewy help supply breakfast eggs and are fun to watch. We do have Rural well water, satellite internet and Roku TVs. The space Extra Large open loft full of countryside charm. Has a completely equipped kitchenette with mini fridge, power xl air fryer, 2 burner cook plate, microwave and everything you’d need to cook a meal. Bedroom area, tv/relaxing area and a eating area that overlooks the pond area. Even has a swing you can relax on. Access to a coffee bar and fresh drinking water. Guest access The Loft, Coffee nook, pond and all outdoor patios and balconies. During your stay We love to meet new people but respect your privacy. We live on the primacies so if you ever need anything I’m sure I’ve got it..We’ll follow your lead on visiting. Other things to note We do have 3 dogs that are head of security and our welcoming committee…they do bark upon arrival and at noises. We are located in the country with that comes slower internet and well water New Water System Upgrade April 2025. The water is treated with softer and conditioned.
