Japandi lofts a 1–2 minute walk from Chiyo-Kenchoguchi Station (Hakozaki Line) in Hakata, Fukuoka. Fukuoka Airport is about 6 minutes by taxi; Hakata, Nakasu and Gion are 10–15 minutes by taxi. • One-bedroom lofts of about 20 m²: a queen bed, a long desk and a balcony • Two-bedroom lofts for up to 4: a queen bed plus a small double bed in a low loft reached by a ladder • Kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, Wi-Fi and TV • Elevator building, keypad self check-in from 3:00 PM The space THE LOFTS Japandi-style lofts in an elevator building, a 1–2 minute walk from Chiyo-Kenchoguchi Station (Hakozaki Line). • One-bedroom lofts (floors 2–6): about 20 m², a queen bed, a long desk and a balcony, for up to 2 guests. The layout is the same on each floor. • Two-bedroom lofts (7th floor): up to 4 guests, with a queen bed in the main room and a small double bed in a low loft reached by a ladder. IN EACH LOFT • Kitchen: stove, microwave, mini fridge, kettle, dishes and cutlery • Bathroom with bathtub; hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap • Washing machine, drying rack, iron and hangers • Wi-Fi, TV and a desk for work • Air conditioning with heating LOCATION Fukuoka Airport is about 6 minutes by taxi; Hakata, Nakasu and Gion are 10–15 minutes by taxi. Restaurants are near the station, a convenience store is a few minutes away and a supermarket is within a 5-minute walk. Guest access Each apartment is private for your group, with keypad self check-in and no shared spaces inside. Each loft has its own washing machine, and there is a coin laundry nearby. During your stay Please use the Airbnb app to reach us before and during your stay; we are happy to help. Check-in is self check-in with a keypad. There is no cleaning during your stay; fresh towels can be brought on request between 11:00 and 15:00. Other things to note • Two-step entry: the building door first, then your loft door (keypad). • Two-bedroom lofts: the second bed is in a low loft reached by a ladder. • Security cameras are only in the building's common areas (entrance, elevator and hallways). • This is a residential building: please keep noise down, do not smoke anywhere on the premises, including in front of the building, and take your rubbish with you or use the bin shown in your check-in guide (the large bin is for residents only). • No parking on the property. No cleaning during your stay. According to the listing's location ordinance, guests must provide an ID. Once a reservation is confirmed, all guests will be asked to submit the following information: name, address, occupation, nationality, phone number, and a photo of their ID. Guests not residing in Japan must provide a passport photo, and Japanese residents must provide a driver's license, passport, or other ID. Early check-in is only possible if there is no other reservation before check-in. Luggage storage after check-out is not available; guests are advised to use the coin lockers at the stations.
