The main house consists of two floors, the main floor and the basement floor. In total there are 15 beds + a crib divided into 5 bedrooms and a basement living room (13 beds for adults). 3 of the bedrooms are on the main floor, the rest in the basement. The main floor has a pleasant open living room and kitchen solution with fireplace, sofa corner, TV and dining area. From the living room there is a direct exit to a sunny terrace, with a fantastic view. There are separate toilet and shower rooms on each floor. The space Havdur Gård is an old idyllic small farm from the late 1700s. The farm has a fantastic location in scenic surroundings by Stjørnfjorden, a fjord arm of Trondheimsfjorden. Havdur Gård is the perfect place for both large and small families, groups of friends and companies who want to recharge their batteries and spend quality time together. At Havdur Gård you will experience a relaxing atmosphere in a quiet and peaceful area, with panoramic views of the Stjørnfjorden, Brekstad and Høybakken. There are two houses on the farm; the main house (Tinnveien 25) built in 1988, with up to 15 beds (13 beds for adults), and the old house (Tinnveien 27) from the late 1700s, with up to 6 beds (5 beds for adults). This allows for larger groups or families who want to be together, but at the same time have some privacy. This listing is for the rental of the main house. In addition to the residential buildings, the farm also consists of a large barn building and a pantry. In the barn building there is a rustic banquet hall with long table and seating for up to 25 people. Fire pan and grill are available. In the "drying loft" in the barn there is a large activity room that can be used for training/yoga/playroom etc. Here there is a table tennis table and pool table, in addition to a multi-gym appliance. In the barn building, there is also a woodshed. There is a system for handling plastic, glass and metal waste. The farm consists of a large outdoor area with, among other things, an orchard and berry bushes. It is also possible to use the wood-fired hot tub located on the farm. Request for renting a hot tub must be stated at the time of booking (700,-). In the main house there is also access to a sauna. All buildings at Havdur Gård are non-smoking zones. On the farm there is parking space for up to 4 cars. Guest access The tenant has access to the main house and parts of the barn building Other things to note Other information: • The responsible tenant must be at least 25 years old. • Rental of Havdur Gård for companies/events must be approved in advance by the landlord. Only guests at Havdur Gård can use the farm's facilities. • Havdur Farm is not rented out to youth groups, or for parties and celebrations. • We ourselves live in the timber house on the farm, but keep to ourselves during the tenancy. We are mostly away at the weekends, as well as at Easter, in the summer and at Christmas. • There is also a cat on the farm – she is sociable and fond of people. Please note that the tenant must do the cleaning of the main house, as well as dispose of garbage. Rental of bed linen and bath towels: NOK 200 per guest. This is agreed in advance of the rental period. Clean sheets are provided on arrival. The info booklet with, among other things, house rules and detailed description of bedrooms and size of beds, will be emailed to the tenant no later than one week before the start of the rent.
