The building has an underground garage, a laundry room, and a luggage storage area. Nearby you will find COOP ,Migros, Denner, Lidl, restaurants, and a fitness center hairdresser. Everything in easy walking distance. Spacious balcony! There are four identical apartments in this building — perfect for large groups! Everything you need is close by. The apartments features a 140×200 cm double bed, as well as two 97×200 cm fold-out beds. The fold-out beds are suitable and comfortable for adults; however, for longer stays — such as 10 days to a month — two-three guests may find the living space more comfortable. ⸻ Studio Apartment — completely new! The building was completed in November 2025, so everything is brand new! The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and an oven. The cooktop is induction. The bathroom has a shower cabin — spacious, elegant, modern, with a comfortable door and lock. Built-in “smart” furniture: the bed folds up and disappears into the wall unit, leaving a sofa in its place. The dining table, coffee table, or a small workspace can also be folded away inside the cabinet. Wi-Fi is available. There is a steam iron. Bed linen is washed at 100 °C. Guest access There is a new laundry room in the building equipped with modern washing and drying machines. Use is available for an additional fee. An extra fold-out armchair bed is also available upon request. This building has four completely identical apartments. If you are traveling with a larger group, all apartments are located next to each other on the same floor — this is very convenient. In summer, smoking and sunbathing are allowed on the balcony. For an additional fee, a spacious new underground garage is available in the building. It is recommended to check the availability of free spaces in advance. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware for meal preparation. There are many built-in wardrobes for storing things. On the same floor, there is a separate room for storing suitcases, as well as an individual lockable luggage storage room. You can leave your luggage after check-out or before check-in. If previous guests check out earlier, we immediately start cleaning — early check-in may be possible (please confirm in advance). Sometimes late check-out is also possible if the next guests arrive later — this should also be arranged in advance. Self check-in is available. The building has air conditioning — a rarity in Switzerland, as 80% of housing does not have it! The apartment is very warm and well insulated. There are blackout curtains and automatic blinds. We are available from early morning until late at night! We live nearby and can come at any time if needed.
