The space The newly opened apartment is located just 190 meters from the lake, in a quiet yet central location. A supermarket, restaurants, and the train station are within walking distance. Private underground parking is available. The accommodation is child-friendly and, with separate beds, a workspace, and fiber-optic internet, is also ideal for a workcation. The large balcony faces south and is sheltered by the western building wall, making it usable year-round.
