The space The terrace, which surrounds the whole apartment, is the main attraction of this apartment. You will be able to sit in the terrace with sea view and country view, enjoy a coffee or a cold drink whilst watching the sun rise or sun set. The apartment faces southwest and has direct sunlight all day long. The apartment is larger than most other apartments (approx. 120 m2) and is very well located on a hill in a quiet area, yet close to the village centre. It has a lovely layout, segregated and spacious rooms. The apartment forms part of a block of just 6 apartments. It comprises a kitchen/dining room, a main bedroom, another bedroom with two single beds, a separate sitting room, a bathroom with shower and large terrace with table and chairs. There is also internet/Wi-Fi service plus cable TV/radio which are free of charge. The apartment is self catering with air conditioned bedrooms (operated with coin meter), a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, washing machine, linen and towels all provided for a most comfortable stay. A gas heater can be provided upon request during winter at an extra charge. An Environment Fee of Euro 0.50 cents per adult person per night is paid on location. Therefore it is not included in the final price. This is a Government Tax. Free parking is available in front of the apartment. Guest access The whole apartment is for your sole use. Please note that unless there is an overlap between arrivals and departures on the same day, we adopt a flexible check-in and check-out time. Otherwise, alternative arrangements would have to be made. Other things to note Minimum stay is 3 nights. Short and long lets are both considered. Price will vary according to length of stay.
