Theatre room has XL sofa, three electronic reclining theatre chairs, popcorn popper and 7.2 surround sound, Satellite TV. 15 minute drive to Lake Murray Marina. 30 min drive to Lake Texoma. 20 minutes drive to downtown Ardmore. The space great for outdoors; fishing, hiking, nature walking; room to park your boat or jet skis Guest access Full access to the home. Food items in the pantry as well as spices, condiments, etc. sodas, candy and popcorn are on honor bar system The maximum number of guests (including children over the age of 1) is 12.
