Welcome to our village house located in the heart of the National Forest Park, in Burgundy! Ideal for a stay with family, friends, or for business, it can accommodate up to 8 guests. You will enjoy an exceptional natural setting, with many activities and sites to visit nearby. A stone's throw from the house: bakery, supermarket and restaurant for a practical and pleasant stay. On the ground floor, you will find a garage for motorcycles or other vehicles, a laundry room with a washing machine, a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests, a spacious dining room with a large table for 8 people, and a fully equipped kitchen: gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Separate bathroom and toilet complete the level. Small terrace with barbecue, bar table, and bench. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms, each with: 1 x double bed (140x190) 1 single bed (90 x 190 cm) SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED FROM 2 NIGHTS. For one night linens and towels extra. To be requested at the time of booking and to be paid before the stay. Bed linens: €8 per bed. Towels €4 per person. No smoking. Guest access Access to all parts of the accommodation except the closet under the stairs and the cupboards under the sink.
