The apartment is divided into five bright rooms, each of which has its own 50" smart TV with Netflix. The layout offers perfect spaces for privacy and plenty of room for spending time together: three double bedrooms, a separate single bedroom, and a huge living room that serves as a central meeting point. Here, you will find a large dining table for the whole group and plenty of space to relax. All beds are comfortable box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm / 35 x 79 in) and, of course, freshly made upon arrival. If you wish, we can also make the beds in the double rooms into large double beds. The bright, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washer-dryer – ideal for longer stays. A hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, and fresh towels are provided for you. 🍳 Kitchen & self-catering: The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything for everyday needs: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, as well as spices and oil. A coffee and tea station with a filter machine, coffee powder, and a selection of different teas makes it easier to start your day. Directly on the opposite side of the street you will find in sight a shopping center with grocery stores such as Aldi, Kaufland and a bakery as well as various restaurants and snack options. Guest access Access is conveniently via PIN pads on all access doors. The access codes will be sent to you in good time before your trip. A forgotten key is a thing of the past!
