The space Inside, Neap is set up for easy group stays, with generous shared spaces and plenty of room to settle in. The main living areas are bright and comfortable, with large windows looking out to the surrounding coastline and three log burners adding extra warmth on cooler days. The house has five king bedrooms and five bathrooms, making it a practical choice for families, friends, or small retreat groups. Two of the king bedrooms can be arranged as twins on request, giving you flexibility depending on your group’s needs. The kitchen-diner is well equipped for cooking and eating together, with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, full-size fridge/freezer, and the essentials needed for longer stays. Starlink WiFi is available throughout the house, whether you’re planning a working stay or simply want to stay connected. Outside, there’s a private garden and ample parking, with the shoreline and nearby trout lochs just a short walk away. Although the setting feels quiet and tucked away, Lerwick and Brae are both around 20 minutes away by car, and the nearest local shop is about 5 minutes away.
