The Arvada GetAway Suite

Bright, clean basement level guest suite with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and private entry. Also available, a queen size air mattress and twin foldout foam mattress. Access to the suite is through the garage via keypad entry. We are two short blocks away from a beautiful park with gazebos, a playground, and a walking path around a small lake with ducks. Reservations are available for stays up to two weeks. Extended stays are possible with owner's permission. The space The suite is located on the basement level of the home. Amenities include fridge & freezer, microwave, toaster, filtered water, & Keurig for your use. Suite includes TV with Netflix access & WiFi. Guest access Entry code to garage will be sent two days prior to arrival. Guests then open their private door into the house and continue directly down the stairs to the suite. Other things to note Complimentary access to laundry room and supplies available to guests.
