Guests are expected to fully understand and comply upon confirmation of reservation. 💚 The space Casa Amara is highly ACCESSIBLE, that Grab Car / Grab Food/ In Drive and Food Panda is available on our area. We are 5-10mins away from Shopwise Antipolo. Intimate gatherings with family and friends are very welcome. However, Casa Amara is not a venue for loud parties, clubbing, or excessive noise. As we are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we are best suited for guests looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy quality time together. If you’re looking for a party house, bar, or club-like atmosphere with loud music, Casa Amara may NOT be the right fit for your stay. Noise Policy / Quiet Hours 🎶🌙 As Casa Amara is located in a residential neighborhood, please be mindful of your noise levels at all times and refrain from shouting or causing excessive noise. Speakers and other sound-producing devices are not allowed outdoors at any time. Music and videoke are permitted indoors only with doors kept closed to help minimize noise. Please observe the 9:00 PM outdoor noise curfew. After 9:00 PM, all outdoor noise-generating activities must stop in compliance with the Antipolo City Noise Ordinance. 2. Maximum capacity allowed is ONLY up to 15 guest. Children below 3 yrs old is not counted. 3.🍹 Alcohol & Gatherings You are welcome to enjoy drinks, but please drink responsibly. Excessive alcohol consumption, loud parties, and any activity that may cause damage to Casa Amara are not allowed. We aim to provide a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests and neighbors. 4. Carpark 🚘 Casa Amara offers parking for 4 cars (guaranteed parking) – ✅ 2 cars can park inside the gated garage – 🚙 Up to 3 cars may park along the street in front of the house Our property is located inside a village, but please note that all vehicles are parked at your own risk. We recommend securing your belongings and locking your car at all times. 5. Our staffs/caretakers is located nearby and has a separate access to the property, it will only be use for those times that you need their assistance, or emergencies ONLY. Do you allow visitors in excess of 15 pax? No. Our maximum allowed capacity is strictly up to 15 persons only, whether they are staying overnight or just visiting for the day. 2. What time is your check-in and check-out? Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out is by 11:00 AM Please note that early check-in and check-out is strictly not allowed to ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection of the villa. 3. Do you have a videoke? Yes, and may ONLY use indoors. 4. Do you allow wedding preparations? Yes, we do allow wedding preparations at Casa Amara.
