Completely renovated in the summer of 2025, this apartment exudes comfort! A small, private, fenced garden offers the opportunity for summer barbecues or breakfast. The space A real sweetheart in the heath - our cozy apartment on the upper floor, with its own high (1.8 m and lockable) fenced garden area. Ideal for couples or guests with dogs. The garden has a covered patio with seating to enjoy the evening hours or breakfast outdoors. In the summer of 2025, the apartment was completely renovated and is equipped with a cozy living and dining area for up to four people. One large bedroom with a double bed 1.8 x 2.0 m and an adjoining room which has a bed measuring 1.4 x 2.0 m. A large, fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, an oven, refrigerator and dishwasher (taps, etc.). Pots, pans, casserole dishes, hand mixer, blender, scale, toaster, kettle, various teas, coffee machine with grinder, for fresh bean coffee in the morning and of course the coffee beans. Many spices, as well as salt, pepper and sugar. For the preparation of meals, there is hardly anything left to be desired. With a small seating area in the kitchen, you can also have breakfast there for two. A practical pass-through from the kitchen to the dining room allows communication from one room to the other. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hand & bath towels, toothbrush cups, hair dryer, hand soap, toilet paper are of course available. A washing machine with detergent, clothes rack and clothespins are also available. The apartment has free Internet via LAN cable, which is provided. So surfing the Internet is not a problem. There is also a satellite TV and a music system with CD and radio. Dogs are welcome here. A dog bed, water and food bowl are available. Nevertheless, we ask for prior request and agreement. Surroundings Grauen is a small heathland town that offers many opportunities for walks in nature. Fresh eggs or potatoes can be obtained from the farmer across the street. One town further in Lünzen there is a small kiosk, here you can get everything on a small scale, daily fresh rolls & bread, milk, drinks, canned food, household items, newspaper, cigarettes etc. Directly connected is the "Heidjer Grill", where there is a wide choice of fast food, such as fries and the like. Schneverdingen is easily accessible by car in 10 minutes. There are many shopping opportunities, Edeka, Rewe, Penny, Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann, Famila, Schlachterei Renken, gas stations, shoe stores, restaurants, ice cream parlors and much more. The heathland or the Pietzmoor, which is also a nature reserve, can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car and offers countless paths into nature. On foot, by bike or by carriage, you can enjoy the scenery. Please let us know which dog (size & number) you would like to arrive with and whether you need a dog bed. The dog must be housebroken and must not damage the furnishings. The dog owner is liable for damage! We charge a fee of €10 per dog per night. From 7 nights and more, it is a flat rate of €60 per dog.
