Keep voices low, avoid loud gatherings, and ensure all music/TV/KTV volume is turned down to a soft level. General Limits: 1. Maximum occupancy of 15 people (including children) per homestay unit. 2. A maximum of 5 cars or 10 motorbikes are allowed. Vehicle Rules: Food Trucks: Only allowed for delivery and setup, not for stationary service. If a food truck is on-site, the total number of cars allowed is reduced to 4 (making a total of 5 vehicles including the truck). Ride-Sharing (e.g., Grab): Only permitted for quick drop-offs and pick-ups (5-minute maximum). All Guest Vehicles: The license plate numbers and names of all homestay tenants must be provided to security for entry registration. Events and Setups: Canopies: 1. Setup inside the house compound is allowed but requires prior notice to the Committee. 2. Setup outside the unit's compound requires a permit from the Town Council and police; the setup truck must show this approval to enter. 3. Fireworks/Crackers: Only allowed on the eve or day of major festivals (Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, and New Year). Lost the gate controller will be fined RM150.
