Charming cozy cottage for 2 people in a renovated 1810 farmhouse in Forstheim. An authentic and peaceful setting, perfect for discovering Alsace’s famous Christmas markets and exploring the beautiful, picturesque villages in the surrounding area. Walking and mountain biking options available. Modern comforts, option of an extra bed for one child, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, washing machine for long stays (15 days). Perfect for a romantic or family getaway combining tradition, nature, and local cuisine. The space 2-room accommodation comprising 1 living room with fully equipped open kitchen, option to do laundry for long stays (15 days) Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140 X 190 cm double bed, the possibility of adding an extra bed for a child, a bathroom with shower, and a toilet. Outside, a large common enclosed courtyard, secured with sheltered parking, all on a plot of 16 ares (being a farmhouse, our house is located in front of the cottage which is perfectly independent) You can use the terrace outside of our vacation periods. Guest access Access to the courtyard is shared; the outdoor grounds and terrace are allowed when we are not there or with our permission. Access to the swimming pool is strictly forbidden without our permission and is not included in the price of the stay. Other things to note If you need anything, just ask and we will accommodate your needs whenever possible. I charge a very small cleaning fee because I am counting on everyone's goodwill to return the apartment in the condition in which it was provided. Thank you in advance.
