Key pick-up — If you prefer autonomy, you can pick up the electronic key or traditional keys from the external lockbox. Before your arrival, we will send you the secret code to open the box. 2. Remote opening — Ring the bell and we will open the door remotely; during the operation you can communicate with the host for anything you need.
