Light and bright with expansive windows that allow plentiful sunshine and ocean breezes in! 2 substantial oceanfront decks to lounge and enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront setting. Private beach access via shared stairs. ***No recent reviews or superhost status due to rental pause when there was construction next door. **Pictures are accurate EXCEPT all balcony railings are wire with a top wood rail for better views. The space This home has unique ocean views from the dining and living room areas downstairs and the front bedroom upstairs . Open, light and bright spaces. The views from up here are panoramic with unobstructed views up and down the coast. Santa Monica, Palos Verdes, and Catalina Island can be seen towards South East and incredible Malibu, Point Dume views towards North West as well as beach and whitewater views directly in front of the home! Plentiful sea life can be seen including dolphins and seals and seasonally whales. Guests will have shared garage space and share the stairs to beach access. Guest access It is a two vehicle garage and two spaces in front of the garage. Viewing the home from the PCH, the left side is reserved for the Oasis (Unit 1) and fits a medium sized car. The right side is strictly reserved for the Loft (Unit 2) and fits a medium sized car. Larger vehicles need to use the spaces in front of the garage. Plenty of parking across the highway. Never park elsewhere on the beach side of the PCH. Access the beach from the door just to the left in the entrance area from the Pacific Coast Highway. See the House Rules for TIPS on how to handle traffic for parking. Other things to note Guest who makes the reservation must be over 25 and staying at the property. Identity will be verified by ring doorbell. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets or assistance animals as it would jeopardize our health as a result of allergic reactions. Entire property inside and out is non-smoking, therefore all guests must be non-smokers. Please note when you schedule deliveries to tell them which unit so they know whether to press doorbell 1 (Unit 1) or doorbell 2 (Unit 2). Then you will know faster and not disturb the other guests.
