The space The apartment is on the 1st floor of a building, accessible by stairs. The living room is located on the first level with an open-plan living room and kitchen. Then by the interior stairs to the apartment, you access the beautiful sleeping area and shower room. The apartment is not very far from a road axis (you can hear cars from inside the apartment). Sheets and linen are provided. Heating in all rooms. Guest access Access is with a lockbox, the code of which is communicated to you via Airbnb messaging. Same for all the information to access and use the accommodation in the best conditions. Other things to note Close to the city center and all shops and amenities: pharmacy, bakery, butcher, bank, hairdresser including supermarket etc. Please note that the entire building is Non Smoking. Parties are completely prohibited and from 10 p.m. no untimely noise is tolerated. Failure to comply will result in a flat levy of €150 excluding any damage.
