Completely newly built cottage in 2019. Equipped for a lovely week all year round. The cottage can be rented from Sunday to Sunday - whole weeks or Wednesday to Sunday - half weeks. For special requests - let us know! A spacious cottage with a nice and large living room that accommodates both kitchen, dining area and living room area with fireplace. There's room for everyone! The cottage accommodates two families or 8-10 adults who live comfortably. There are a total of 12 beds. 8 beds + 4 beds. Beds: On the lower floor, there are three bedrooms with two beds each. The stairs in the hall lead up to the loft where an additional 6 beds are available. (For bookings of fewer than 7 people, the three bedrooms are used and not the loft) Storage: The hall is large and spacious. Directly adjacent to the entrance there is a very practical dressing room with space for all ski clothes, mittens, helmets and boots or as a dressing room during spring, summer and autumn weeks. Bathroom: In total, there are 2 bathrooms, one of which is only a toilet. In the larger bathroom, there are two sinks, toilet and shower. Cleaning: We want to invest in your comfort during the visit and have sheets and towels for use by all guests. We also take care of the cleaning for your best experience in Bydalen and our cabin. Car: Parking: right next to the house with room for several cars The road up to the cabin is plowed and sanded during the winter season. Distance: Grocery store: about 20 minutes by car from the cabin. ICA, Hallen Smaller grocery store/convenience store: 5 min by car from the cottage. Höglekardalen Restaurant: Among other things, Bydalen's Wärdshus about 4 km, Restaurant Fjällhalsen, Camp Dammån and Höglekardalen's Restaurant. Hallen: about 20 min by car Åre: about 70 min by car Östersund: about 70 minutes by car, take a nice road by car ferry via Norderön.
