Welcome to Nof Yam Guesthouse, in the heart of the Nof Yam neighborhood in Herzliya Cozy and spacious double unit, with separate entrance above a private house, in a quiet and pastoral area. Within a short walking distance from the beautiful Sydney Ali beach and the neighborhood commercial center. The unit is spread over two floors: on the entrance floor is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a small balcony facing the eucalyptus grove. On the upper floor – open loft with a double bed, living room with TV, and a toilet/shower room separated with a frosted glass wall. A perfect combination of comfort, tranquility and proximity to the sea. The space The unit is divided into two floors and offers a quiet, green and pleasant hosting experience in front of an eucalyptus grove. The entrance to the unit passes through the well-kept garden of the owner – an elderly, kind and hospitable person, who is always happy to help. From there you will climb the external wooden stairs to the first floor, where you will find a fully equipped kitchenette, a pleasant dining area, and a sweet balcony overlooking a peaceful eucalyptus grove – perfect for a morning coffee or a moment of rest at sunset. The top floor is reached by a relatively steep internal staircase, where you will find a comfortable double bed, a living room area with TV and cable, air conditioning, a shower with toilet, separated by a frosted glass wall – an open space above but elegantly designed and with a warm sense of privacy. In front of the unit is a green and quiet grove. The location is excellent – a short walk from the beautiful "Sydney Ali" beach and a neighborhood shopping center, where you will find a café kiosk and a grocery store. Down the main street there's a Carrefour supermarket. The business center and restaurants of Herzliya Pituach are 5 minutes away. Perfect place for those looking for a combination of tranquility and nature, with comfort and accessibility to everything you need. Important to know: * The unit is for people over the age of 13. * We are animal lovers but cannot accommodate animals in the unit. * Entrance to the unit by external wooden stairs. The entrance to the unit is independent and we are available for any questions or requests throughout the stay. Guest access Guests have the entire unit to themselves. The landlord's private garden is not accessible to guests.
