Fishing and bathing in the very clean Krzewent Lake. The lake is located about 20 m from the plot with its own descent. The plot is a Natura 2000 area and a landscape park, so no combustion-powered water equipment is allowed on the lake. Over 70 km of cycling routes, monuments, nearby lakes including Rakutowskie Lake, which is a nature reserve, mushroom picking - there is a beautiful forest 100m away, and above all, peace and quiet in the bosom of nature will make your relaxation more pleasant. The space We offer two comfortable and fully furnished summer lodges (larger 100 m2, smaller 50 m2) located approx. 20 m from the shoreline of the very clean Krzewent Lake located in the Gostyń-Włocławek Landscape Park, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The larger cottage has two bedrooms, three large rooms, one of which has a kitchenette. The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The cottage is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, two air conditioners, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels, WI-FI... and a fireplace. The smaller Dutch-style cottage is fully furnished, with an equipped kitchenette and air conditioning. The cottage comfortably accommodates 4 people. It has two bedrooms (one of which has its own bathroom), a kitchenette and a living room and a separate second bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, illuminated wooden terrace, and on the terrace a large comfortable hammock and a large garden umbrella, and under it a bench and six chairs to drink morning coffee accompanied by singing birds. The maximum number of people accommodated during one stay for two houses is 12 people. The entire plot on which the houses are located is over 2000 m2. Swimming in the lake - the lake is located about 20m from the plot, fishing - the possibility of fishing from the shore or from a boat, but we do not provide boats, but there is the possibility of renting, mushroom picking - at a distance of 100m there is a beautiful forest. In addition, about 70 km of bicycle routes encourage you to visit other nearby lakes, viewpoints, surrounding monuments and places gathering a variety of water birds. Near the cottages (about 200m) there is a Green School where the youngest can visit a birdhouse with exotic specimens, a stable with ponies and donkeys, a paddock for fallow deer, ostriches or peacocks, and a mini zoo with very interesting animals. In the months of July and August, an outdoor swimming pool with dimensions of 5.5m x 2.5m x 1.2m is also available for guests, along with a slide for children. There is also a stocked pond on the plot. We do not accept pets. Rental price in June-August: - large house - 850 PLN/night - small house - 400 PLN/night Rental prices outside the above-mentioned period and special events to be agreed individually. You can also rent the entire plot exclusively for PLN 1,500/night. Stays longer than 7 days (6 nights) are rewarded with a discount. Guest access full access Other things to note Additional information and conditions of stay for Guests: 1. We do not provide meals. 2. We do not accept pets. 3. The number of people to live in a single cottage is limited to the number specified in the offer. In the event of a larger number of people living in the cottage who have not been reported the owner of the resort will add an additional fee of 150 PLN/person/night. 4. Unregistered persons may stay on the premises after prior notification, but no longer than until 10:00 p.m. 5. The owner is not responsible for non-performance or improper performance of obligations caused by the effects of force majeure understood as unforeseeable external actions, e.g. temporary shortages on the part of water, electricity suppliers, etc. 6. Each Guest is obliged to take care of the condition and equipment of the cottages. Any damage should be immediately reported to the staff or the Owner. For any damage caused by the guests on the plot in the cottages or shortages in the equipment of the cottages, guests bear full material liability. 7. It is forbidden to independently repair or modernize the equipment the cottages. 8. In connection with the sole responsibility of the Parents or other guardians are responsible for the safety of children and for any the effects of their actions, the owner of the facility asks for increased care for them. 9. There is a night quiet time on the plot from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. 10. In the event of a gross disturbance of order and non-compliance of the regulations, the owner has the right to demand that the guest leave the cottage without a refund of the fee paid for the entire period of stay. 11. Guests are required to pay for the entire stay no later than the day of arrival. 12. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is charged for the reservation amount of the stay. The deposit is non-refundable at the time of cancellation of the stay. 12. The owner of the cottages is not financially responsible for items belonging to guests left in the cottage or on its premises, as nor does he bear legal and material liability for damage or theft of cars left in unguarded places intended for parking. The obligation to secure your belongings from theft and destruction rests with their owner. Please exercise due diligence in closing windows and doors when leaving the cottage. 13. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottages and using your own cookers and electric stoves. 14. Before leaving the cottage, you must leave it in order and dispose of waste in the garbage container located on the plot. 15. The hotel day starts at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Thank you very much for following the above rules.
