The new 78 m² vacation apartment has a separate entrance area. The hallway leads to the living room with a sofa (sleeps 2). The kitchen includes a dining table, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, cooking/baking facilities, and dishwasher. The bedroom has a 1.80 m wide double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with rain shower. You can relax or barbecue in the garden belonging to the vacation apartment. The space Spend a relaxing stay in our new, quiet vacation apartment. Its central location, just a 6-minute walk from the train station, makes it the perfect starting point for interesting excursions—even without a car. Explore the UNESCO World Heritage city of Regensburg or discover the natural beauty of Eastern Bavaria, including the Upper Palatinate Lake District and the rivers Danube, Naab, Vils, and Regen, by bike or on foot. For wellness activities, the Bulmare spa offers a variety of saunas, swimming pools with massage jets, and a steam room. For children, there’s a large slide and a kids’ pool. Afterward, head to the adjacent Starmexx adventure cinema. In the summer, the Tegelgrube natural swimming area awaits your visit—just a 15-minute walk away. Other attractions for our younger guests include the Erlebniskugel, mini-golf, a climbing park, and the Moving Ground at Steinberger See, all of which are a 14-minute drive away. The Höllohe Wildlife and Leisure Park is just an 8-minute drive away. Here you can feed and pet local animals for free. Cute goats, deer, mouflons, and ducks are waiting for their food. The large playground is perfect for letting off steam, and afterward, you can enjoy a snack in nature or at the restaurant. In summer weather, we recommend a free visit to the “Matschepark” (water, fish, and nature adventure park) at Murner Lake, which is only a 20-minute drive away. From our vacation rental, it’s about a 9-minute walk to many shops (Lidl, REWE, Aldi, Netto, Müller, AWG...) and restaurants (Nobless, Irish Pub, Akropolis, Bella Italia...). When the weather is nice, you can also relax in the garden and have a barbecue in the evening. We are happy to provide appropriate toys for our younger guests.
