Settle into a detached house in a beautiful valley, both wooded and hilly. Enjoy a private courtyard, garage and secure access to the river on site, ideal for families with children. The space On the ground floor, you can enjoy a bright 14 m² living room, a cozy 11 m² living room with fireplace and benches, as well as a 10 m² fitted kitchen. A bathroom (toilet + sink) completes this level. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes four bedrooms: two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed 140 × 190 cm, and two bedrooms with two single beds 90 × 190 cm. Two bathrooms with toilet are also at your disposal. The accommodation is heated by gas (central heating) for optimal comfort. Outside, enjoy garden furniture and a barbecue. The garage has a ping pong table for friendly moments. Guest access Guests have access to the entire accommodation and the adjoining garden.
