The space Single-story house with a large living room overlooking a terrace without overlooking. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds that can be joined to make a King size bed. The 3rd bed is in the living room, as it is a sofa bed. This house has been renovated for over two years during our weekends, holidays and evenings. We expect guests to take the utmost care of our place. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the only neighbors will be us, the owners, because we live right next door and two other houses. Guest access The place is fully available to guests. Just like the garden and yard. We will be there to welcome our guests as much as possible, otherwise a key box is available. Other things to note Only accessible by car, no other means of transport. We take care of the cleaning, linens and provide towels. If you stay longer than 2 weeks, a cleaning (and linen change) is required. We have not installed a carbon monoxide alarm as no element can emit it, all-electric heating, no stove. We provide a Senseo coffee maker as well as a filter coffee maker. Without air conditioning, our gite stays nice and cool thanks to the old walls as well as the insulating materials used during the renovation.
