Other things to note 🔑 Check-in & Check-out - Check-in: from 9:00 a.m. - Check-out: before 4 p.m. 🧹 Housekeeping - Cleaning fee: €80 (excluding dishes and replacement of furniture). - Dishes must be done and put away. - Cleaning must be completed before 12:00 p.m. (check-out time). - Garbage cans must be emptied before departure. If you choose to do the cleaning yourself, an inventory will be carried out. 👉 In case of insufficient cleaning, the package will be applied. 🔒 Visitors and guests - Only guests registered in the booking are allowed to stay in the villa. 👉 Outside visitors are not allowed without prior agreement from the owner. 🎉 Parties and events - Parties and events are prohibited. 👉 An exception may be granted only with the written consent of the owner. 🌊 Jacuzzi The tenant must use the jacuzzi with care, only by the persons provided for in the contract, and return it clean and in good condition. Any damage or misuse will be at their expense. - Access reserved for healthy adults (maximum 4 people) - Forbidden for children, pregnant women, frail people and animals - Shower required before entry - No adding products, wearing loose clothing, jewelry, smoking or jumping - No electrical appliances should be used nearby - Not recommended for people on medications that cause drowsiness - Alcohol and drugs are prohibited 👉 The renter is solely responsible for damage or accidents. Villa FAMI declines any responsibility. 🚰 Information – Water management in Mayotte Aware of the occasional water cuts on the island, Villa FAMI has taken care to be equipped with an autonomous water reserve of 500 L, guaranteeing the comfort of its guests even in the event of an interruption of the public network. During these periods, we thank you for the responsible use of water, in order to preserve this precious resource. 💧 As a precautionary measure, the villa does not guarantee the potability of the water from the network or the reserve — we invite you to provide bottled mineral water for your consumption. 🤫 Respect for the neighborhood - Please keep the neighborhood quiet. - No noise after 10 p.m. 🚭 Smoking & cleanliness - Smoking is allowed outside only. - Please use the ashtrays provided and do not leave cigarette butts on the floor. ⚠️ Safety & equipment - The villa is equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras only. - Please take care of the furniture and equipment made available. Security deposit check To guarantee the quality and proper maintenance of the Jacuzzi, a deposit check of €300 may be required before use. This deposit is intended to cover any property damage, cleaning or technical intervention costs caused by improper use.
