We offer a unique, nature-friendly experience where privacy is paramount. Your group will have exclusive access to the entire property. The Space: • Bedrooms (x2): Comfortable rooms designed for a restful stay. • Bathrooms (x2): One attached washroom (with one bedroom) and one common washroom, supplied with hot water for attached washroom. • Living Areas: A spacious Hall and separate Dining Area for relaxing and shared meals. • Kitchen: A functional kitchen, complete with essential cooking equipment for guests who wish to self-cater. • Connectivity: Free WiFi is available, along with a TV for entertainment. Outdoor & Location Highlights: Enjoy the calm, quiet atmosphere of the plantation. Guests have access to a large, open courtyard and are welcome to take peaceful walks through our surrounding private plantation. We are located close to the town of Kuttikanam; however, please note that the direct route to Kuttikanam from here involves heavy off-road tracks. We recommend arranging a 4x4 or checking local routes if planning extensive travel. Your stay here is about immersing yourself in the beauty of Idukki's untouched nature. Guest access "Guests have exclusive access to the entire resort house. Additionally, guests are welcome to use the outdoor courtyard and take walks through our private surrounding plantations." Other things to note 1. Vehicle Accessibility: Our property is accessible by standard cars, vans, and travelers (minibuses). We have parking available. Heavy tourist buses are NOT accessible due to the nature of the public approach road. 2. Road Conditions: Please be advised that some portions of the public road leading to the villa have minor rough patches/cutters. Careful driving is recommended. 3. Seclusion: We are deep within a plantation in a quiet hill area. This is ideal for guests seeking total privacy and an escape into nature. 4.
