Ground Floor One cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable night’s rest. One bedroom featuring a traditional triple-decker wooden luxury bed, ideal for families and small groups. First Floor A spacious bedroom with a private balcony and beautiful lake/backwater views—perfect for enjoying morning tea, fresh air, and quiet evenings. All rooms are clean, well-ventilated, and maintained with care, offering a relaxed stay close to nature. The home is best suited for families and guests looking for a peaceful retreat away from city noise. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. This includes all bedrooms, living and dining areas and balcony. Guests are also welcome to use the swimming pool during their stay. Kindly note that the pool is 5 feet deep, and strict adult supervision is required for children at all times. The property is ideal for families and small groups seeking a peaceful, private backwater retreat. Other things to note No smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. No pets allowed inside the house, to maintain hygiene and comfort for all guests. Guests are requested to take good care of the property and furnishings. Any damage or breakage to the property or items during the stay will be chargeable. Kindly maintain a peaceful environment and avoid creating any nuisance or disturbance to neighbors. For safety reasons, swimming or entering the lake/backwaters is strictly not allowed.
