Quiet guest room in my 3-bedroom home on a peaceful Kambah cul-de-sac. Right now I’m the only one living here, so the guest bathroom is yours alone and the house stays calm. You’ll share the kitchen and living areas with just me. I’m easy-going and happy for a chat if you feel like company, but I also respect your privacy. Enjoy the sunny backyard, cosy sunroom with a fireplace, fast Wi-Fi and nearby Mt Taylor walks. Feel free to use the kitchen—just please keep it clean 😊 The space A comfortable 3-bedroom home at the quiet end of a Kambah cul-de-sac. Your room is a private bedroom with a queen bed and its own wardrobe. There’s a full guest bathroom, an open kitchen and dining area, and a cosy sunroom with a fireplace that’s especially good in winter. Out the back is a sunny, sheltered backyard. Fast Wi-Fi throughout, and the Mt Taylor walking trails start just a few minutes away. Guest access You get your own bedroom and the guest bathroom entirely to yourself — no one else uses it. You’re also welcome in the kitchen, dining and living areas, the sunroom, the backyard and the laundry, any time you like. Parking: please use the circular gravel driveway or the street, and keep the main driveway clear — it’s single-width and I need it for the garage. The only rooms not yours to use are my bedroom and ensuite. During your stay I’m around a fair bit and happy to chat if you feel like company — but I won’t crowd you. Plenty of guests prefer to keep to themselves and that’s completely fine by me. I’ll message before you arrive to sort out check-in, and you can reach me by Airbnb message or phone any time during your stay if you need anything. Other things to note It’s a quiet residential street, so quiet hours are 10pm–7am. Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen 😊 No smoking or vaping indoors or in the sunroom, and no pets, sorry. Mt Taylor is a short walk away and the summit loop is worth doing early for the views over Canberra. The bus stop is an 8 minute walk and Kambah Village shops about 17.
