Additional guests are welcome but must be declared and included in the reservation prior to arrival. Extra guest fees generally range from $35–$50 per person per night and may vary depending on seasonal demand. Only guests included in the confirmed reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property. For safety, insurance, and compliance reasons, all overnight guests must be registered through the booking. If additional guests stay at the property without prior approval, the reservation may be updated to reflect the correct number of guests and additional guest fees will apply. Unauthorised overnight guests may also result in additional charges in accordance with the listing terms and Airbnb policies. Discounts are available for extended stays. Bins are placed out on Tuesday evening for collection and returned after pickup. The lawn is maintained weekly to keep the outdoor areas tidy and enjoyable for guests. Lawn mowing may occur during your stay if scheduled for that week. We aim to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your understanding.
