Early check in from 2pm and late check out is available until 1 pm is available subject to availability at an hourly cost of £20 per hour If check in is required earlier than 2pm and check out is required after 1pm pm then another days booking will be required Please note same day booking is available but check in may be delayed until 6pm( or later depending on availability- please contact to confirm time for same day bookings ) to allow for cleaning (if a late check in is provided due to same day booking then a later check out will be offered ) Parking is provided on the private driveway. Outdoor Spaces Enjoy exclusive use of the 100 ft private country garden, home to a variety of fruit trees – please feel free to help yourself to any ripe fruit during your stay. The 100 ft garden is completely private and secured so safe for dogs to run around in (with supervision ) You'll also have access to a charming courtyard garden, complete with a BBQ and outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. Please Note: The pathway between the courtyard and the main garden is a shared access with one neighbour – we kindly ask you to be respectful when the are passing through. Other things to note HOUSE RULES As part of the booking process - to comply with insurance and fire safety you will be asked for full names of guests staying - thank you for your understanding. . LOG BURNER We provide a few logs, kindling , matches and fire lighters . There should be enough for at least one fire .If more logs are needed - there are nearby places where logs and accessories can be purchased - a full list is provided in the welcome pack at the cottage. Guest safety To keep guests safe we kindly ask that no smoking or vaping inside the cottage and no candles lit inside or outside the cottage please. Thank you for helping us look after our cottage .
