Welcome to this 40 m² studio, completely renovated with care, nestled in a peaceful green area, with stunning views of the IUCN classified marshes. Designed to make you feel truly at home, it combines modern comfort, a warm atmosphere and total independence. You will find a spacious and bright living space, with a double bed 180×200 (or two single beds on request), a cozy sofa, an ultra-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine) and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Sound and thermal insulation guarantees you truly peaceful nights. This place was designed as a haven of calm... close to everything! Guest access Autonomy and total privacy in a privileged natural setting You will enjoy the entire studio, totally independent, with private access from a small gate (which will be left open for your arrival). Located below our house, it has its own entrance overlooking the garden and marshes. You'll need to walk down a few steps to get there. You will be totally autonomous thanks to a secure key box, and will have no visual or sound contact with our main dwelling. Privacy is guaranteed – as is the feeling of being a little “at home” elsewhere. Free and unlimited street parking right in front of the property. Other things to note Everything is provided for a serene stay with no surprises 🕒 Self check-in from 5 p.m., check-out until 10 a.m. 🧼 Everything you need is included: bed linen and towels, laundry, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, household products, etc. 🧱 The studio is part of the main building of our house, but it is completely independent, with no shared space. You're at home, with all the peace and quiet you need. 🌳 The calm of the place is precious.
