Boolean, I'm Jolame, born and raised in Paradise! I would like to invite you to my homestay directly by the beach on the beautiful Wayasewa island, located at the southern tip of the Yasawas. We've been hosting guests since a few years to experience the real Fijian culture! Just leave the confines of a resort and live with us in order to get involved in the village life and daily activities... Come and stay with our family house in a tidy and clean PRIVATE ROOM FEW STEPS TO AN IDYLLIC BEACH! The space There are way more beaches than streets on our island and more coconut trees than worries! Our simple but comfortable house is located few steps to a white sandy wonderful beach! YOUR PRIVATE ROOM is equipped with a double bed , SHARED bathroom with cold refreshing mountain spring water-shower is shared with other guests. One of the highlights of our homestay is the breathtaking long white sandy beach just steps away from our front door! We use solar panels with a battery that allows us to use electricity 24 hours a day for charging your phone, camera and tablets. If you can’t resist to use your cell or need to do further travel planing with this, don’t worry, just get a Vodafone or Digicel Simcard on mainland, both have good signal here on the island! MEAL PLAN For 50 FJD per person (daily) we offer full-board including 3 typical and homemade Fijian dish as well as mountain spring water, afternoon coffee & tea. Our meals typically consist of freshly catchend fish, chicken and meat cooked with coconut milk accompanied by Cassava, vegetables, noodles and freshly baked bread, of course, fresh seasonal fruits are offered with every meal. Special dietary needs will be accomodated, just let us know! If you don’t feel comfortable drinking the mountain spring water, you can bring your own bottled water with you, if you fancy any other snacks or drinks, please bring them with you as well, as there are no options to buy things on the island! TOURS & ACTIVITIES Here you can unwind, read a book, or simply soak in the serenity of the surroundings... But Wayasewa island also offers the opportunity to explore its natural beauty with four scenic tracks, perfect for leisurely walks! - cast-away movie island trip 100 FJD pp - snorkelling with sharks 60 FJD pp - Ori Island day trip with pic-nic on the beach 100 FJD pp - line or spear fishing 25 FJD p.P. - Manta Ray snorkeling 150 Fjd pp During your stay, we can arrange exciting excursions, including invigorating hikes through lush trails and snorkeling adventures in crystal-clear waters. Choose your favourite place: directly on the beach, on our deck chairs under the palm trees, on the wooden deck or join a conversation at our dining table on the terrace.
