Cosy Annex in the old orchard

The Annex in Headley, Hampshire is set within the grounds of our family home (where we live with our two children and small dog). Separate from the main house, the annex is cosy, family-friendly, and fully equipped making it perfect for holidays, countryside escapes, wedding stays or a practical longer stay during renovations. Walk to the village pub, explore stunning local trails, or relax in your own peaceful space. A welcoming base to enjoy rural Hampshire or call home for a while. The space Downstairs features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar with seating for two, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee. The dining area comfortably seats four at the table, while the lounge offers a large, comfortable sofa and a TV for relaxing. Double patio doors open from the kitchen area onto a patio. Upstairs offers a wet room bathroom, and two spacious double bedrooms. Guest access Guests have access to the private patio immediately off the kitchen dining area through garden doors which looks out onto the main house and driveway. Guests also have use of the lawn at the top of the driveway which the annex overlooks from bedroom 1. Other things to note EV car charging - we have this installed to the main house for our own electric cars. Guests are welcome to use this. We just ask for advance notice to avoid charging clashes. The charger is located outside the main house. Price: 40p per KW
