Use only possible upon request or in case of specific booking. - Wellness area: accessible only by reservation (excluding Airbnb rate). This private area includes a SPA with Jacuzzi, a relaxing massage booth Other things to note 🎉 Parties and events Parties and events are prohibited. 👉 An exception can be made only with the consent of the owner. 🌊 Pool - Use of the pool under the responsibility of guests. - Children should always be supervised. - Possibility of heated pool on request (extra charge). - Please follow the hygiene and safety rules: 👉 Take a shower before swimming 👉 No glass in or around the pool 👉 Do not eat or drink in the water 👉 Wear appropriate attire (swimsuit) 🚰 Information – Water management in Mayotte Aware of the occasional water cuts on the island, Villa FAMI has taken care to be equipped with an autonomous water reserve of 500 L, guaranteeing the comfort of its guests even in the event of an interruption of the public network. During these periods, we thank you for the responsible use of water, in order to preserve this precious resource. 💧 As a precautionary measure, the villa does not guarantee the potability of the water from the network or the reserve — we invite you to provide bottled mineral water for your consumption. 🤫 Respect for the neighborhood - Please keep the neighborhood quiet. - No noise after 10 p.m. 🚭 Smoking & cleanliness - Smoking is allowed outside only. - Please use the ashtrays provided and do not leave cigarette butts on the floor. ⚠️ Safety & equipment The villa is equipped with surveillance cameras outside only. Please take care of the furniture and equipment made available. 🧹 Housekeeping Package Our goal is to ensure you have a pleasant stay without any constraints. Cleaning fee: €100 (to be paid in cash upon arrival with our concierge). This package covers the complete cleaning of the villa (excluding dishes and replacement of furniture). 👉 What guests are responsible for (even with a package): Clean and tidy dishes Returning furniture to its original position If you choose to clean yourself, an inventory will be carried out upon departure. In case of insufficient cleaning, the cleaning fee may be applied. ✨ Cleanliness expectations (if you don't take the package) Before you leave the villa, please: - Gather the used sheets - Dishes must be done and put away. - Clean around the pool and on the terrace (ashtrays, papers, food scraps...) - Vacuum if necessary (dust, mud, visible stains) - Clean the 3 bathrooms - Empty the indoor garbage cans and throw away the bottles. 🗑️ Household garbage Please empty the indoor garbage cans (kitchen, bathrooms) before you leave. A large outdoor trash can is available for your use. CLEANING MUST BE COMPLETED BY 12:00 P.M. (CHECK-OUT TIME). 👩‍🦳 Housekeeping service included for long stays For stays of one week or more, a housekeeper comes every 3 days to: - Change sheets and towels - Clean indoor and outdoor areas - Maintain the pool 💶 Security Deposit – Guarantee of peace of mind To guarantee the quality and care of each stay, a security deposit check may be required upon arrival. This is not cashed and will be returned upon departure after the inventory, provided that no damage or loss of equipment is found. This approach is simply to preserve the comfort and serenity of all our guests.
