The street is wide and can easily fit up to five cars. *Please note that parking in the driveway or not fully parking your vehicle inside the garage is strictly prohibited, as it may block the neighbour’s access. If your car is too large to fit in the garage, please use street parking instead. Failure to follow this rule may result in penalties.* — Slippers and toliteries — For eco-friendly reasons, this home does not provide disposable slippers or personal toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. However, we do provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in fines of up to $500. — Slight leakage near the window area — Recently, we noticed a small spot in the living room near the window area showing slight leakage during heavy rain.
