The space Cozy, older house with large living room, which has room for 2 lounges, large dining table, which can accommodate 8 people. Wood-burning stove and heat pump. From the living room there is an exit to the porch, where you can enjoy fantastic sea views, and the midnight sun in season. There are chairs and tables for the porch. Well-equipped kitchen, with everything you need for cooking, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a coffee maker and kettle. Large refrigerator. The house is suitable for families with children, but - very steep attic stairs! We have provided stair steps that are mounted up in the stairs, so that it is safe for children to be in the bedroom in the attic🙂 There are bedrooms downstairs that can be used. One inside the kitchen with a double bed (which will be opened for more than 4 guests) and one small bedroom by the outer hallway with a small double bed. Bathroom with shower cabin, where there is a hairdryer. Large plot at the entrance door on the back with fire pit/grill and outdoor furniture. If you are lucky, you will meet the neighbors - often a family of pheasants, geese and mallards there. Firewood is in the storage room in the hallway outside the living room. In storage room no. 2 outside the living room there is a vacuum cleaner and washing buckets/mop rack. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sleeping area with mattress on the floor behind the curtain in the attic hallway. There is a large porch upstairs with exit from the attic corridor, which is not used for anything other than emergency exit. There is good parking at the property. Other things to note There is an electric car charger right next door, owned by Osean Adventures, who also rent boats, kayaks, sup-boards and sauna on the jetty. The store on Bjarkøya is about 7 km away, and has most of what you need. The beach at Bjarkøy Camping and Marina is just around the corner and is open to everyone. Beautiful place, which is beautiful in all seasons.
