The space BEDROOM: The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with professionally cleaned, crisp linen for a restful stay. There's also generous wardrobe space to neatly store your luggage and belongings. BATHROOM: The bathroom includes a shower and toilet, stocked with essentials such as bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. Supplies are provided to get you started, but you may need to replenish them based on the length of your stay and usage. KITCHEN: Feel like cooking during your stay? The kitchen is fully equipped with an integrated fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full set of crockery and cutlery. You'll also find a coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, along with a selection of tea and coffee pods or sachets to help you settle in LIVING ROOM: The living room features a 43-inch smart TV with access to popular streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, and Stan—just log in with your own accounts. For a more unplugged evening, you'll also find a small selection of books and classic board games to enjoy during your stay. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available for your use, along with an iron and ironing board. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: During your stay, you’ll have access to a range of shared spaces, including the nearby park, lakefront paths, and the building’s landscaped garden courtyard. You’re also welcome to enjoy the rooftop BBQ and relaxation area, perfect for outdoor dining or unwinding with a view. This rooftop space (Level 4) can be accessed via the middle lift in the underground car park. Please note, the lift near the bookshelf does not provide access to the rooftop. PARKING: You have one allocated parking space in the residential underground garage. To access it, enter via Giles Street and take the first left just past Oasis Dental. Once inside the car park, turn left immediately, then left again,you’ll find the designated space marked 309 on the floor to your right. There is also plenty of free outdoor parking available next to the building, with a 1 & 2-hour limit, perfect for visitors or short stays. Guest access Getting to the property: The property is located at the corner of East Lake Parade and Giles Street. Please enter through the ORANGE entrance, located next to Oasis Dental, in the same building and on the same level. Check-in instructions: Access is via a lockbox. Full instructions will be provided through Airbnb message prior to your arrival. Check-out instructions: - If not using the car park: Please leave the house key and garage remote on the entry table or place them in our secure letterbox. - If using the car park: You’ll need the remote to exit. After driving out, please drop the full key package into our secure letterbox before leaving. Please note that only one set of keys is provided. Take care not to misplace them, as replacement or lockout services will incur a minimum charge of $270. Other things to note NO-PARTY POLICY: Any violation of our strict no-party rule will result in the guest being held responsible for any penalties, fines, or charges issued by government authorities, the body corporate, or any other relevant entity. These costs will be applied to the guest who rented the property at the time of the violation. NO-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vapes, is not permitted inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in any shared building areas. Any evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to further charges if smoke damage or odour remediation is required.
